I do this by modeling how various educational theories—constructivism, cooperative learning, multiple intelligences, brain-based learning, differentiation—actually look in a classroom. Combined with research-based instructional strategies and educational technology, I encourage teachers to take what they already know and apply it in a different way with their students. This isn’t about doing more, it’s about tying it all together to get the best results.
